Dipatch is licensed on a server or site  license basis - there are never any user license fees.  The server license gives you the full set of Dispatch databases, and is provided with the design fully open.

The site license allows you to share or replicate a single instance of the application across any number of clients and servers in your organization.  By "single instance" we mean one set of databases, generally intended to support one organization or group of users.  Also comes with the design open.

Dispatch Annual Maintenance

Annual maintenance lets you recieve upgrades (including major new releases) and bug fixes after the 60-day warranty period.  Not recommended if you plan on making major modifications without our cooperation.

Dispatch Warranty and Support

Dispatch comes with a 60-day warranty.  Within this period you can return the software and documentation for a full refund, no questions asked.  We also provide free fixes, and phone support to assist with set up and installation.

Beyond this, GroupApps.com offers post-warranty support on an hourly or quarterly basis.   Fees vary according to level of service.  We also are happy to discuss Dispatch education and customization services.
